IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID THE CURRENT INCREASE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES, IF YOUR “SHIP TO” ADDRESS DIFFERS FROM YOUR “BILL TO”, ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF THE TRANSACTION. FILL OUT THIS FORM AND SUBMIT IT TO AIRONE@AOE.NET TO AVOID ANY DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.

If you do not reply within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and the 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Products shipped from Air One Equipment will be sent in the following ways with tracking. Items that are sent from the manufacturer will be shipped by their common carrier. *If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, it is most likely because the item is being drop shipped from the manufacturer and the shipping information is not available.

Local Pick Up (Available Upon Request- Please call the office at 847-289-9000)

Items that are out-of-stock will be shipped as soon as they are available directly from Air One Equipment or one of our suppliers. Cost of ground shipping is based on the destination zip code, shipment weight and order total. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days.*

*Although we have a warehouse full of products, many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. If you do not receive a shipment email after your original confirmation within one or two weekdays, that indicates the item was not in stock and had to be drop-shipped. Note: this will add extra shipment time to your order. Tracking will be updated when available.
