Helmets are made-to-order. Due to the fact that helmets have a limited warranty and there are so many differnt combinations, we do not stock many helmets. If we have the configuration you asked for, it will ship in 1-2 days. If we have to order your custom helmet from the manufacturer, it usually takes 3-4 weeks. It will ship directly from MSA.

Yes, of course, The best way to handle any bulk order is to either email us at airone@aoe.net or to call us at 888-247-1204. One of our insid sales staff will be able to help you out. There is no minimum helmet order. 1 or 100, we are glad to take them all!

If your company is tax exempt, please contact us at 847-289-9000 to place your order tax-free.

It is very rare that we have a coupon code available. The prices on our website are very fair so there is not a lot of room for discounts. Be sure to check out our SALE items under the miscellaneous tab or our eBay account to get the latest deals.

Warranty

Service Request form.

  • When returning a light for Service, please include the following inside the package:
  • If you elected Priority Service, the printed online Service Request.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase, if available. If not available, state the date of purchase and from whom.
  • Your light(s).

Streamlight warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear*. They will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase.

Anything added to a helmet after market voids the NFPA cert. This even includes stickers. If the helmet wasn’t tested with it originally at the manufacturer, it technically voids NFPA.

Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

If you call the office at 888-247-1204 we can help you with the local pick-up option. Before you place your order, please call us so you do not get charged for shipping if you are coming in to our store to pick up the item.
